"Bud"  - Bruker Avance 600 MHz NMR spectrometer equipped with cryoprobe for high sensitivity. Additionally, Samplejet sample changer was installed recently. The sample changer allows sequential measurement of more than 500 samples without user intervention. The routine measurements are performed in 3 mm NMR tubes that reduce protein consumption five times when compared with standard 5 mm tubes. 2D barcode identification system ensures error-free automated operation.

 Modified Gilson 215 liquid handling system allows fully automated preparation of complex NMR samples for screening. Protein, ligand(s) and additives are mixed together according to the screening protocol. the system fills NMR tubes in Samplejet compatible format.
